Founder’s story

Troy Hickerson founded Vineskills to help law firms more fully leverage the power of Filevine. After a career in the tech space and a decade in non-profits, Troy got his start with Filevine by helping a friend, Roger Booth, at Booth Law implement Filevine back in 2019.

Filevine has been revolutionary. Because of this, we have chosen to work exclusively with Filevine, allowing us to focus our expertise in this quickly evolving field.

Vineskills is a high-performing team focused on results, not resumes. Vineskills started an Employee Stock Ownership Program, ESOP, in 2022 as a long-term strategy to grow an invested team with strong engagement.
