What does that mean? It means we listen well to your unique business processes and use our automation technology to optimize your time and financial resources.
It can be a challenge to replace staff or grow if the business knowledge is something learned over time by doing it. We help law firms grow by taking this process and putting it into a workflow inside Filevine. This helps keep costs and staff on track in a more sustainable and consistent way. This can be as simple as how documents are stored and named inside Filevine to a custom workflow for depositions that includes document templates and task reminders.

Founder’s story
Troy Hickerson founded Vineskills to help law firms more fully leverage the power of Filevine. After a career in the tech space, a decade in non-profits, Troy got his start with Filevine by helping a friend, Roger Booth, at Booth Law implement Filevine back in 2019.
Filevine has been revolutionary. Because of this, we have chosen to work exclusively with Filevine, allowing us to focus our expertise in this quickly evolving field.
Vineskills is a high performing team, focused on results not resumes. Vineskills started an Employee Stock Ownership Prgram, ESOP, in 2022 as a long term strategy to grow an invested team with long term engagement.
