We help law firms grow by taking this process and putting it into a workflow inside Filevine. This helps keep costs and staff on track in a more sustainable and consistent way. This can be as simple as how documents are stored and named inside Filevine to a custom workflow for depositions that includes document templates and task reminders.

Founder’s story

Troy Hickerson founded Vineskills to help law firms more fully leverage the power of Filevine. After helping Booth Law for 8 years on marketing and strategic growth, Troy worked with the team to move to a streamlined online case management solution. This led to implementing Filevine in 2019 at which point we were super thankful to have moved 100% of operations to an online platform just prior to COVID-19 and remote work.

Filevine has been revolutionary. Because of this, we have chosen to work exclusively with Filevine. This has allowed us to focus our expertise in this quickly evolving field.

The legal industry and court system have been arriving slowly to the digital transformation, especially as compared to many other industries. We believe this transformation is now accelerating and to be a leader in the future means embracing this change as an investment in your business and team.
