We are “all-in” with Filevine. This allows us to have a skilled team that is focused on one platform without being distracted or spread thin supporting a variety of case management systems. Our team has worked with a variety of other platforms in the past, but now we are focused on Filevine.

Anything that connects to Filevine is in our wheelhouse, and we are happy to support it.

We help law firms grow by taking this process and putting it into a workflow inside Filevine. This helps keep costs and staff on track in a more sustainable and consistent way. This can be as simple as how documents are stored and named inside Filevine to a custom workflow for depositions that includes document templates and task reminders.

Founder’s story

Troy Hickerson founded Vineskills to help law firms more fully leverage the power of Filevine. After a career in the tech space and a decade in non-profits, Troy got his start with Filevine by helping a friend, Roger Booth, at Booth Law implement Filevine back in 2019.

Filevine has been revolutionary. Because of this, we have chosen to work exclusively with Filevine, allowing us to focus our expertise in this quickly evolving field.

Vineskills is a high-performing team focused on results, not resumes. Vineskills started an Employee Stock Ownership Program, ESOP, in 2022 as a long-term strategy to grow an invested team with strong engagement.
