Filevine training has been such a valuable part of our Optimization services that we decided to offer training to anyone using Filevine. We organized this into some package offerings, but we are happy to build a custom training program as well. All training plans start with a kick-off call to design a training plan, discuss your goals, and determine which team members to include.

We’re now offering training on basic Filevine functions, such as Filevine 101, how to build reports, and other essentials, as part of our hourly support tier model.
Billing begins immediately as soon as you confirm our engagement, including any calls required to discuss your team’s training agenda if you’re not yet sure what topics you’d like to cover.
Please note that firm-specific training topics don’t fall under the hourly model and instead require the Refresh, Expert, or On-Site options listed above.

Each training plan includes live training sessions, including recordings of those sessions and access to the Vineskills training library with content created by Vineskills team members of 1-5 minute how-to videos.

We offer a variety of training plans and the duration of the training sessions depend on the plan that best fits your team’s needs. During our pre-training kick off call, we will talk through format and schedule options.

Additioanlly, each of our training plans includes access to our Vineskills training library, which contains how-to videos created by our team members. These videos range from 1 to 5 minutes in length and are designed to provide clear and quick guidance.
