We’re focused on training
Our "Filevine Skills" training template, includes over 100 quick-access videos (1-5 minutes each) to help your team. Additionally, we offer recommendations for Filevine University tailored for your team.
All training sessions are recorded and accessible in your account. We also provide ongoing weekly Filevine group training with rotating topics, available year-round at no cost. Plus the option for onsite training.
Flexible monthly payment plans
All launch services include flexible payment plans. Clients do not need to pay everything upfront but are billed monthly based on the services performed that calendar month. This allows clients to spread out the investment throughout the implementation timeframe.

Enterprise and Custom Launch Plans
We help the largest organizations launch with Filevine.
Many of our team members have previously worked at Filevine as implementation consultants for large enterprise clients. Most team members also have a background in legal, so they understand the business process and the technology that powers it. We enjoy being creative and solving challenging problems. Often, enterprise clients have unique processes and goals that require unique configurations of Filevine and connected technology.
Our team approach includes a primary point of contact who manages the entire process and dedicated specialists for things like Lead Docket and automations. We provide a comprehensive training plan with both remote and on-site options.
Enterprise launches start with a discovery call. We talk through your firm’s goals, and there are typically multiple options and price points available to get launched.

3-Month Launch
100-user firm
We helped a 100-user firm launch in 3 months. They had three practice areas (personal injury, workers comp, and criminal defense) with data coming from two legacy platforms.
This was an opportunity to save them from renewing Neos for an additional year, so we worked quickly to launch with Filevine using our best practice templates for each practice area (60k to launch). Then, we worked post-launch on custom configurations.
6-Month Launch
500+ user government agency
This is a current project with 10-month launch plan where we are using a phased approach to take specific departments live each month. True partnership with the agency's internal teams around configuration, migration, and user onboarding.
Change management for large-scale adoption, third-party integrations, and ongoing data sync of legacy systems were creative challenges in our design process. Vineskill is CJIS security certification to work with government agencies.
12-Month Launch

We had multiple team members working intimately with this client to remodel their business processes to be optimized prior to launch. This involved Filevine Core, Lead Docket, Document Assembly, and custom API development.

Periscope 2.0, Domo ($2,500)
Our team can configure dashboards with Periscope to measure your performance as a firm. This includes getting Filevine reports set up with the correct data points, setting up the S3 bucket, connecting Filevine to S3 to DOMO, and then updating the data sets for the standard reports.
With a scoping call, we can go beyond the standard data sets and configure custom views.
Onsite launch support
($3,000) details
$1,500 per day plus travel costs with a minimum of 2 days, unless it’s local to the team member doing the training
Training agenda developed ahead of time with client input to ensure the correct topics are covered
Ideal for launch support and also a refresher plan to re-energize your team to improve their Filevine skills

If you purchased QuickBooks Connect from Filevine, we help you implement it at no additional cost.
ProjectsAI full implementation ($1,250) details
ProjectsAI is enabled in all of our launch plans, and a full implementation and training is available as an add-on. The bundle includes a kick-off call, planning for how to best use the new tools, configuration, video documentation, training, and any necessary fine-tuning. We will get your firm set up and trained with the suite of Filevine AI tools:
