What it’s like working with Vineskills

Optimization plan FAQs

Our optimization plans give you a direct point of contact and a dedicated Filevine expert focused on optimizing your business processes. We’ll develop a customized work plan with frequent check-ins and fast responses. We see ourselves as an “insourced” team member who gets to know your business and your challenges and truly become part of your team.

  • Pricing can scale up or down as needed, whether your firm is looking for a fractional or full-time engagement.

    We offer month-to-month contracts with no long-term obligation.

    Full-time staffing is available; please reach out for details.

  • The process starts with a discovery call to explore how we can help. During our call, we will discuss goals, share screens, and often solve a problem or two. After the call, we can decide if we're a good fit to work together.

    Then, we have a kick-off call with your team where we document the goals and current pain points. By the end of the call, we confirm the top priorities for the month ahead. Often we start with a general audit of Filevine in your organization. We consider ourselves part of your team and get to know your people, processes, and technology. Together we identify key areas to help move the business forward.

    For example, we may spend a month focused on Lead Docket and intake, then shift to litigation, building automation, integrating a third-party application, or focus on training the team and building out training for new employees.

    Once we have an Optimization plan in place, we’ll have regular check-in calls as we work through tasks according to the priorities we’ve set together.

  • This is where the magic happens. We provide continuous improvement every month based on the priorities we set together. We typically execute on one to two larger items and a handful of smaller tasks.

    We involve company stakeholders along the way, so everyone has input and ownership in the results.

    We believe that “Good thinking is like long division; you have to show your work."

    We share updates through video screencasts for you to review when convenient. These same videos serve as a helpful set of training videos for new staff.
