Your team will get started with a Vineskills best practices template configured to your unique needs. You’ll receive a Filevine Skills training template filled with a library of Vineskills-recorded custom training videos and a comprehensive training plan with an option for on-site training. We’ll touch base with you regularly during our scheduled check-in calls to stay on track with additional ad hoc calls as needed.

All launch plans include flexible payment plans. Clients do not need to pay all upfront but instead are billed in monthly increments based on the services being done that calendar month. This allows clients to spread out the investment throughout the implementation timeframe.

Spreadsheet Data Migration ($1,250)

This is a fast way to get your contact and case information loaded into Filevine.  If you can get your data into this format, you're a good fit for a spreadsheet migration — just click here and here for the preferred formats. 

You select the data you want to be migrated, and we’ll provide a spreadsheet template for you to enter the data.

What’s NOT Migrated? Tasks, Calendar items, Documents, Deadline Chains, Time & Billing.

Documents must be manually added to Filevine via Docs+ drag/drop to the top-level folder in the Docs section.

(NEW) Full Migration ($5,000)

“10/10”

Ideal for firms who want access to the most important data that they choose to migrate.  Available in the Sprint Plus plan.  Not available for DIY or Sprint launches due to the timeframe. 

  • Includes migration of 10 data points and summary of 10 sections, covering a range of vital information

  • Documents

  • Standard data included: 

    • Contacts (SSN, Notes, Marital Status); Projects (Date of Incident, Phase/Status, Create Date); Notes; Associated Projects/ Contacts; Tasks; Calendar; Deadlines/Reminders; Time and Billing (limited to open time entries)

Need more?  You can purchase additional fields and sections for migration:

  • Additional data points can be migrated for $500 per 10 data points

  • Additional sections can be migrated for $250 per section

Custom Migration ($7,500)

“Everything in its place”

The most common migration plan includes everything. It is ideal for firms that use prior platforms extensively and want to bring everything into Filevine.

  • All of the Standard Migration items

  • All custom sections in your Filevine template, including both static and collection sections. (eg: Insurance, Case Summary, Intake, Meds, Negotiations)

  • Documents

  • Additional Filevine project templates are $1,000 each

  • For 25+ users, a scoping call is required

Docs-only migration is $2,500. This is helpful if you have your cases in Filevine already, or as an add-on to a Spreadsheet Migration.

Our team can configure dashboards with Periscope to measure your performance as a firm. This includes getting Filevine reports set up with the correct data points, setting up the S3 bucket, connecting Filevine to S3 to DOMO, and then updating the data sets for the standard reports.
With a scoping call, we can go beyond the standard data sets and configure custom views.

Onsite launch support ($3,500) details

  • $1,750 per day plus travel costs with a minimum of 2 days, unless it’s local to the team member doing the training

  • Training agenda developed ahead of time with client input to ensure the correct topics are covered

  • Ideal for launch support and also a refresher plan to re-energize your team to improve their Filevine skills

If you purchased QuickBooks Connect from Filevine, we help you implement it at no additional cost.

ProjectsAI full implementation ($1,250)

ProjectsAI is enabled in all of our launch plans, and a full implementation and training is available as an add-on. The bundle includes a kick-off call, planning for how to best use the new tools, configuration, video documentation, training, and any necessary fine-tuning. We will get your firm set up and trained with the suite of Filevine AI tools:
