We’ve bundled some of our favorite automations to extend the functionality of Filevine. In working with our clients to implement and optimize Filevine we occasionally run into features we wish were available. So we built those features using the Filevine API and you can use one or all of them in our Magic Box of Skills.
Phase change notifications
Activity feed notifications whenever a phase is changed showing who changed it. Includes a tag for #Phase and #NewPhaseName enabling Filevine reporting for all phase changes.
Recycle obsolete fields
Ever max out the available fields in a Filevine section? We work with you to confirm the obsolete fields, back them up, then delete them. Includes doing this once per year, giving you room to grow and add more fields.
Clean up your docs
Automatically move email attachments with both tags #email and #attachment to a subfolder in Docs named "Email Attachments.”
