Manual migration ($0)
Ideal for firms with less than 100 active cases to migrate to Filevine. We train your team to enter your cases and move docs into Filevine manually.
It takes an average of 15 minutes per case to copy/paste the field and drag-and-drop the top-level folder into the Docs section.
The downside is that this is a manual process for your team, but the upside is that it’s a chance to correct your data and get very familiar with Filevine.
Spreadsheet data migration ($1,250)
This is a fast way to get your contact and case information loaded into Filevine. If you can get your data into this format, you're a good fit for a spreadsheet migration — click here and here for the preferred formats.
You select the data you want to be migrated, and we’ll provide a spreadsheet template for you to enter the data.
What’s NOT Migrated? Tasks, Calendar items, Documents, Deadline Chains, Time & Billing.
Documents must be manually added to Filevine via Docs+ drag/drop to the top-level folder in the Docs section.

Our team can configure dashboards with Periscope to measure your performance as a firm. This includes getting Filevine reports set up with the correct data points, setting up the S3 bucket, connecting Filevine to S3 to DOMO, and then updating the data sets for the standard reports. We can go beyond the standard data sets with a scoping call and configure custom views.
